Meet ‘Bubbles’ the African elephant, and ‘Bella’ the black Labrador. They are both residents at the Myrtle Beach Safari in South Carolina, and are also best friends.
The photos below, which were taken by photographer Barry Bland, capture the friendship between the two animals as they play catch.
Using her trunk, Bubbles can be seen throwing a ball into the water, while Bella jumps off the elephant’s head and swims to retrieve the ball.
Aren’t these two an adorable pair?
