
Young French photographer Alexandre Chamelat has created a striking photo series where he documents the beautiful subway stations of Montreal from the same perspective.
Capturing the subway platforms from a point directly in the middle of the tracks, these images have a visually striking symmetry—from this perspective, the tracks also appear to run off towards the dark mouth of the tunnel, creating poetic symbolism for the uncertainty of a journey.
Even though the structure of these picture are similar, the different design elements found in each station make them delightfully unique.
