An Innovative Poster That Doubles As A Lamp

The ‘L-Ink’ is hybrid poster-lamp designed by French designer Jean-Sébastien Lagrange, in collaboration with design studio Chevalvert.

Made with conductive ink and LED lights, the poster will light up when the two ends of the ink trails are connected,

This is achieved when a magnet on the bottom right corner of the poster is folded to touch another point.

According to Lagrange, he said that “anyone can create the posters by printing the ink onto a sheet of paper in this graphic pattern”.

The LED lights are scattered along the trail of the conductive ink, with a row of LEDs placed on the fold to create an uplight.

The bottom of the poster is also cut at an angle to make it appear horizontal when the magnets are attached.
