A Free Notebook Of Advice For Aspiring Creatives

D&AD teamed up with London-based design studio Alphabetical to produce a free book of advice for aspiring advertisers, designers, photographers, copywriters and other creatives.

The ‘Creative Notebook’ aims to inspire those who wish to break into the creative industry, and features words of wisdom of some of the biggest names in the industry—such as Eric Kessels, Bob Gill, Ab Rogers, Jason Bruges and Greg Quinton, according to Creative Review.

To give the impression that the notebook is a ‘hand-me-down’ from multiple creative geniuses, who are passing down their experiences—the notebook was given hand-drawn sketches and illustrations, in a range of styles, that interpret their insights.

Something useful for students anywhere in the world, the book will be part of the free welcome pack given out to students at colleges in D&AD’s creative network.

For those who aren’t students, the notebook will be available for purchase later this year.
