Maastricht-based designer Dirk Ploos van Amstel has created an innovative piece of multi-tasking out-door furniture that functions both as a bench and as a seesaw.
“Most families manage to find enough space for a swing in their gardens or on their balconies. A seesaw however, usually proves more of a challenge.”
In a few easy steps—slide two parts and shift three pins—the “SEESAWseat/SeesawSEAT” can be transformed from a plaything for children to a comfortable resting spot for adults.
According to the designer, “Even the name of this design is adjustable.”
