Jony Ive redesigns the iOS

Dissatisfied with the iOS redesign, a certain anonymous individual on the internet has created a parody site on Tumblr.

Called “Jony Ive Redesigns Things”, the site cheekily makes fun of the rainbow color scheme of the iOS7 by using it on various company logos and recognized brands.

Each redesign takes the new color scheme of the iOS7 to the extreme—every aspect of an Apple product is redesigned with this eye-searing psychedelic gradient with a pencil thin sans-serif font.

The anonymous designer has also redesigned Coke cans, Star Wars, and even the Earth, taking this meme to its ridiculous conclusion.

This website also welcomes user submissions, uniting designers in their mutual disappointment with the iOS7’s new look.
