Bruce Lowell is a LEGO artist and he is responsible for ‘re-inventing’ the front cover of the ever-popular children's book classic, ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’ (by Eric Carle), with the clever use of LEGO bricks.
The Very Hungry Caterpillar is a quintessential book for all post-1969 children, and as a child of that time, Lowell felt that making this LEGO piece was a ‘fitting tribute’ to the accomplished and celebrated Mr. Carle.
