To get people to send their tip-offs via text message, the agency DDB has collaborated with the Metro Vancouver Crime Stoppers in a series of creative print ads and a video.
In these ads, the text message bubbles have trapped criminals or function as prison bars, showing that every single tip-off helps the police catch criminals.
