Biologists at a wildlife reserve in Florida did a double-take when a two-headed snake emerged from a cluster of eggs in incubation.

The Honduran milk snake not only had a head (or heads) shaped like a two-pronged fork, it was also an albino, with pale white stripes and red gleaming eyes.

The rare snake would have a difficult time living in the wild as it is not venomous, but can live as long as 20 years in captivity. They feed on insects, birds, lizards and small mammals.
