Air New Zealand’s creative in-flight video, ‘An Unexpected Briefing’, prepared Hobbits and their fellowship for a safe and pleasant ‘flight to Middle-earth’.
The amusing in-flight video now has a sequel of sorts—a promotional video titled ‘Just Another Day in Middle-earth’. The video features an Air New Zealand plane bound for a very special place—flight crew and aircraft engineers take on Hobbit traits, passengers are served Middle-earth fare, and aircraft engineers even meet with a dragon.
The good-humored cast consists of actual Air New Zealand staff, with actor Dean O'Gorman, who plays the dwarf Fili, making a cameo appearance.
