Created by eyewear company Warby Parker, this fun illustrated chart documents a collection of creative options for bookworms when indulging in their favorite activity.
While it has merely given fancier, funnier names to common reading positions in some cases, such as “Mr. Lonely” for sitting cross-legged on the floor, it has also introduced several truly novel—or even acrobatic—positions for readers.
We would not recommend the potentially dangerous “Downward Facing B-Boy”—a single handstand often seen in break-dancing—but if you ever get bored of sitting in a chair with a book, why not do an “Invisible Chair”?
