Italian artist Alberto Seveso makes beautiful artworks by manipulating ink, capturing its fluidity in high-speed photographs.
Having experimented with the swirling effects of ink and water in his previous photo series, he explored the effects of ink melding with oil in this latest series, ‘Dropping’.
Seveso dropped colored ink into a container of oil, captured the images, then turned the final photographs around to create peculiar, striking images of ‘dancing’ fluid.
The images resemble alien figures rising out of a pool of paint, or anything you imagine them to be.
