Amsterdam-based art director Christian Borstlap has recently created a video that covers a dictionary of modern portmanteau words.
A portmanteau is a combination of two or more words and their definitions into one new word.
The video is titled ‘A Dictionary of Portmanteaux’, and it covers the roots of where words in popular culture like ‘mankini’, ‘brunch’ or ‘cronut’.
