Cube Works Studio is a collaborative of talents focused on “pushing the boundaries of modern art” by using Rubik’s cubes as a medium for their art.
Playing with the different colored facets of the cube, they painstakingly arrange hundreds of cubes to form large portrait murals.
Their portraits run the gamut from musicians and movie stars, to cartoons and superheroes.
Aiming to “inspire and unite”, their works focus on “some of the more identifiable cultural icons of our generation”.
Each mural has a unique color pattern that brings out the nature of its subject, resulting in portraits that are modern and have great visual impact.
