You can trust the Japanese to do things differently, even with the usually standardized menus of international fast-food chains.
Starting from today, KFC Japan will be introducing an intriguing new item to its menu—deep-fried soup fritters.
Made of corn potage soup, a current favorite of the Japanese palate, this new dish is surprisingly simple to produce—KFC just “bread the corn potage and cook it to a crisp” to make this “deep-fried sorcery” a reality.
Unfortunately, these corn potage fritters—that supposedly stay soft and cream on the inside—will only be available for a limited time period.
Would you like to taste comforting corn soup in the form of awesome deep-fried nuggets?
