LEGO bricks could be used not only to build miniature toy structures, but also to create tactile, three-dimensional portraits.
Photographer, designer and LEGO builder Chris McVeigh has recently created a series of LEGO portraits that feature well-known pop-culture characters like Batman, Cookie Monster and one of the Ninja Turtles.
Each of these ‘Brick Sketches’ are made on a small 12 x 16-inch brick canvas—the biggest challenge to putting them together is getting hold of the specific colors and shapes of LEGO bricks required.
