Swedish artist Gunilla Klingberg has created a “sand machine” to make beautiful imprints on the beach during low tide.
The machine is a beach cleaner tractor attached to a giant cylinder with a star pattern on it, and was driven on days when the tide was low to create these patterns.
Called “A Sign In Space”, this work of art is part of the Sense & Sustainability Art Biennale, in Urdaibai, Spain, and serves to comment on the ephemeral presence of humanity
