Madrid-based architectural firm OOIIO has designed a futuristic hotel that will be located right on the edge of a cliff outside of Lima, Peru, by the Pacific Ocean.
Commissioned by a private Latin American client, the “Unbalanced Hotel” will not only have an amazing ocean view, but will also feature 125 rooms and other luxurious amenities for their guests.
The architects have opted for a rectangular, picture frame building with a hole in its middle so as not to obstruct the magnificent ocean-side landscape.
Looking like it is tilted to one side and balancing on the cliff, this eye-catching and unconventional hotel is set to become a landmark of not only Lima, but the whole of Peru.
