To spruce up the 18th Street underpass in Birmingham, Alabama, American artist Bill FitzGibbons created a psychedelic rainbow within it.
He placed 250 LED lights in the underpass and programmed them to change at different speeds, creating a beautiful, ever-changing light show.
Called “Light Rails”, this installation brightens the town and gives it a little more life.
