To help fans of the sci-fi franchise get drunk on the force, Redditor ElderCunningham has imagined what the labels and names of booze would be like if they were from “a galaxy far, far away”.
Gin, wine, SKYY vodka and Jägermeister get ‘Star Wars’-alcohol puns—to become ‘Qui-Gon Gin’, ‘Obi-Wine Kenobi’, ‘SKYY Walker Vodka’ and ‘Mandelorian’.
On a side note, Jägermeister was reimagined to be ‘Mandelorian’ because of bounty hunter Boba Fett’s armor—however, some fans have voiced that the liquor’s reinterpreted name would have been better if it were “Menschenjäger”, which translates to “men hunter” in German.
