Yesterday, SonyAlphaRumors reported on an exciting leak about a couple of new products that Sony will likely launch soon—the innovative “lens cameras” that look like regular camera lenses, but are actually full-on cameras.
Designed to be attached onto smartphones and other smart devices, the DSC-QX10 and DSC-QX100 will feature built-in sensor, a Bionz processor, WiFi/NFC wireless connection and SD-card slot.
Without an LCD screen or camera controls, these “lens cameras” work with your smartphone to produce high-quality images—users will be able to control this add-on accessory via WiFi or NFC.
The leaked images also gave us a sneak peek at another one of Sony’s highly-anticipated upcoming product, the Honami smartphone.
The exact release dates and prices for these new gadgets from Sony is yet unknown, but you can find more information about them over here.
