Industrial designer Matali Crasset and the people behind Le Vent des Forêts have collaborated to give us a shelter for people who love the outdoors.
Called “Le Nichoir” or “The Bird’s Nest”, this series of ecological homes allow adventurers to live around nature without disturbing the natural environment.
Made of acacia wood, Douglas pines and galvanized steel, Crasset’s goal was to ensure the shelter would blend into the environment.
The structure is also lightweight in nature, allowing campers to dismantle it easily without harming the environment.
