In anticipation of the next Apple smartphone, Los-Angeles-based product and graphic designer Johnny Plaid has come up with a cool iPhone 6 concept design that imagines how Apple may improve its star product.
Noting that Apple “made it clear that user comfort was far more important to them than screen size”, his concept features a larger screen display that fits into the exact physical dimensions of the iPhone 5.
While keeping to Apple’s design and usability requirements, the designer has taken the liberty to introduce some new features to the iPhone—such as an “all new aluminum-carbon fiber unibody enclosure” and an updated version of the Lightning cable.
One of the more useful new functions of this concept iPhone 6 is two invisible buttons next to the home button that will allow users to navigate web pages on Safari, scroll through music play-lists, and flip through text messages.
This fictional new iPhone even recognizes and ignores accidental gestures on its screen—find out more about it over here.
