
We've featured American artist Ron Miller's sci-fi and fantasy art work depicting what Earth would look like with Saturn-like rings around it and what the moon would look like to us, if it were replaced by planets.
Miller has also created art work featuring apocalyptic scenes—some of course, completely from a fantasy realm, while others entirely convincing and plausible.
The Virginia-born artist stated that it sometimes takes longer for him to "research things" pertaining to the 'end of the world', than it takes to "actually do the picture."
In fact, Miller makes the effort to consult with "scientists and other sources, so that his illustrations of rising seas, asteroids, gamma ray bursts and black holes are accurate." In essence, he tries his best "to get things right."
