Conceived to reduce shipping costs and waste, this innovative clothing printer lets you shop from an online marketplace of designs before printing out your choice directly for immediate wearing.
Fashion designers can also sell their work digitally on the internet—cartridges of different materials, such as cotton, can also be sold to home clothing printers to produce a large variety of outfits.
Unwanted clothing can be loaded back into the printer to be cleaned and broken down into thread for future use, which means that they will not end up in a landfill.
Designed for use in 2050, the clothing printer also reduces the need for storage and helps to maximize space in space-starved homes in the over-populated future.
