Beer drinkers, rejoice: you can now use your thoughts to fill your empty beer glass.
Beer brand Castle Lite has created a ‘mind-powered’ device called the ‘Extra Cold Mind Reader’, which pours cold beer when its user simply thinks of it.
To work the device, just put on the headset, think of ‘cool thoughts’ and it will reward you cold beer.
To make the challenge interesting, it will present users with “images of extreme heat and other distractions”—the longer a person keeps his or her mind focused or cool, the more beer the person is rewarded with.
According to PSFK, the EEG headset is able to measure “spontaneous brain activity” and also pick up on “conscious thought, emotion and facial expressions” to control the experience.
