Ad agency BBDO Germany created a surprisingly hilarious commercial for the car, Smart Fortwo, that was unveiled at Cannes.
In the ad, the Smart Fortwo goes into rough terrain, taking after typical car ads.
However, this leads to amusing scenarios that truthfully show the ability (or lack thereof) of the Smart car—unlike typical cars, it isn’t able to go over huge rocks without getting stuck, drive through rivers, or drive up steep hills.
But at the end, the spot presents the car’s redeeming factor—its practicality in size.
