French interior designer Grégoire de Laforrest, together with atelier SeeWhy, developed a birdcage that breaks conventions.

Called ‘Cage Archibird’, the clever furniture piece functions as both a table, and a place of habitat for small, feathered friends.

The solid oak table has an area—enclosed by tension cables and glass bells on the table’s surface—with fake tree branches made of steel within it that birds can perch on.

With an extended surface for people to use it as a regular table, the Cage Archibird is also a great for bird-watching while having a cup of coffee or tea.
