British designer David McGillivray has created a typeface made out of only concrete.
Inspired by London’s Brutalist architecture, the designer sought to combine typography with his influence.
To create the font, McGillivray used only seven shapes, and 14 blocks of concrete.
What is impressive is that all 26 letters of the alphabet can be created out of these 14 blocks—so long as they are not all used at once.
