On the Drina River in Serbia, you will find an amazing sight—a tiny house perched precariously on a rock in the middle of the flowing water.
What is even more astounding is that this unlikely structure has been sitting in its place for the past 45 years, and have withstood the onslaught of natural elements of wind and water.
The rock it is standing on was a resting place for swimmers back in the 1960s—the house gradually took shape over the years and was built with materials transported with boats and kayaks.
Located near the town of Bajina Basta, the house has gone through numerous floods in its time and is now a popular destination for visitors of the area.
