Earlier this morning, Facebook announced a redesign of its News Feeds to “reduce clutter and focus more on stories from the people you care about”.
Photos posted on the new News Feed have been enlarged to be “much more vibrant and colorful”—it also helps highlight the content that your friends are sharing.
The redesign will also include new content-specific feeds for all your friends, photos, music and the pages that you have liked.
This new redesign marks the first major overhaul made by Facebook since the launch of its Timeline at the end of 2011.
Facebook will be rolling out the new design slowly over the coming weeks on web and mobile, but if you would like to get the “new homepage for the web” early, you can join the waiting list here.
