
This nifty infographic charts out exactly what we're putting into ourselves, not just in terms of calories but also in terms of caffeine intake.
We might already know that a large Cappucino is about 100 calories (if you're not going to add a truckload of sugar) and that it's not as caffeine rich as a Long Black Americano—but isn't it comforting to know that 30 minutes of tennis with a good pal, will adequately burn everything off?
On one of those indulgent days, when you just rush into the nearest coffee place to grab a calorie laden Hazelnut Mocha Frap doused in whipped cream, take heart in fact that it can be burned off with just over 30 minutes of stress-relieving kickboxing.
