We have seen some quirky book art like Möbius strip inspired book sculptures, but UK based artist Phiona Richards does something a little different.
By collecting books that are falling apart, the artist crochets and embroiders them into functional and fashionable pieces like earrings and necklaces.
While these pieces seem fragile, they are quite strong and durable in nature.
